Monthly report of admissions to the Department of Public Welfare, 1926-1949.

Prior to August 1936, each report included a list of various mental illnesses and the number of newly admitted patients diagnosed with each illness, broken down by gender. These reports also list the total number of patients being treated at the facility at the end of each month. Beginning in August 1936, the reports also include patient's name, serial number, and diagnosis.
